Delivery & Shipping

UK Brands

At Lovebrook & Green, we’re proud to support exceptional independent and ethical brands. In line with our ethical ethos, we don’t hold stock – your order is sent directly from the brand that made it. This helps reduce emissions and packaging waste, and means your purchase travels fewer miles to reach you.

Delivery can generally be expected within 2-5 working days – although our Made to Order and international brands will take a little longer. Where this is the case, we’ll let you know on the product page.

We charge a flat fee of £4.95 for shipping to the UK mainland and £11.95 if shipping to any of the following: Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly & Channel Islands.

Shipping is free for orders over £100 to the above.

Please note that homeware brands will charge separately for shipping due to the weight of their products.

Your item will arrive beautifully packaged by the brand. If you’ve ordered from multiple brands, your items will arrive separately and may be delivered at different times.

Please be aware that many of our partners are small businesses, so during busy periods—such as Christmas or Bank Holidays—delivery may take a little longer. If timing is important, our customer care team will happily liaise with the brand to confirm an estimated delivery date for you.

Bespoke & Made to Order Brands

A number of our brands produce to order to cut down on waste, so please check the shipping times for those brands. You’ll find this on their product pages.

International Brands

For orders placed with our international (non-UK) brands, please allow up to 7 days for delivery before getting in touch with us to request tracking support.

Please note that orders from our international brands are subject to import duties and taxes. In some cases, these costs are covered by the brand charging higher prices for UK customers. In other cases, the brands will ask customers to pay the cost of customs duties and import taxes upon delivery.

To help you plan ahead, we’ve clearly labelled all non-UK brands on our product pages and explained which ones will expect you to pay customs duties and import taxes on delivery.
