2. Our Services
Lovebrook & Green is a platform designed to connect buyers (the “Buyers” or “you”) with a range of products and services provided by third-party vendors.
To do this, we offer a digital marketplace where pre-approved businesses (hereinafter, “Vendors”) can list, promote and sell their products and services.
The sales made through our website are contracted directly between you and the relevant Vendors. Lovebrook & Green is not a party to the contract of sale. You are not buying directly from L&G, but from a Vendor.
While we host and promote the products or services, we do not fulfil, dispatch, or accept returns on behalf of Vendors. We do not review or control, and are not responsible in any way for, listings provided by Vendors and at no time do we possess any items offered for sale by Vendors through our website.
Lovebrook & Green operates as an intermediary and commercial agent for the sale of goods, authorised to conclude contracts on behalf of Vendors. For services, we act as an intermediary, facilitating connections between you and Vendors, but do not conclude contracts on behalf of Vendors. At no point do we become the Vendor or assume any legal obligations of the Vendor in respect of the Buyer.
While reasonable care has been taken to assess Vendors for their ethics and quality, we do not make any warranty, guarantee, or representation as to the Vendors’ ability, competence, quality, or qualifications.
