Bramley

Bramley is a celebration of the British countryside – bottled. Born from the wild beauty of rural Wiltshire and a deep-rooted respect for nature, Bramley offers a carefully crafted range of bath, body, and home essentials that do more than simply scent a room or soften the skin. These are products designed to evoke hedgerow blooms and dewy woodland trails.

Founded at a countryside inn and inspired by its surroundings, Bramley blends the therapeutic power of essential oils with natural botanicals to create formulations that are both effective and sensuous. Every product is a gentle ritual – one that honours the seasons and soothes the body.

Today, Bramley can be found in some of the UK’s most discerning homes and hotels, loved for its distinctive fragrances and refillable formats. The brand continues to prove that luxury and responsibility can go hand in hand—rooted in purpose, scented with memory.

Planet

Nature is Bramley’s greatest muse – and its most important responsibility. The brand was built on a connection to the British landscape and is embedding responsbility into every stage of its operations.

Nearly all of Bramley’s bath, body, and home products are offered in refillable packaging, helping to reduce single-use packaging and encourage a more thoughtful approach to consumption. Refill pouches and larger sizes enable customers to restock their favourites without the excess plastic, all while maintaining the same premium formulations.

Where Bramley use plastics, they use sugarcane in the manufacturing process instead of fossil fuels. Bramley donate 1% of the sale of every full-size Bath, Body and Home product to Plantlife, a charity that works to protect and restore wild plants and flowers.

Bramley has also taken significant steps to understand and minimise its carbon impact. In partnership with Positive Planet, the brand has measured its emissions and established a long-term strategy for reduction.

People

Bramley is proudly female-founded by Chloë Luxton, who began the brand at her family’s countryside inn with a clear vision: to create natural products that respected people, place, and planet. Her approach was rooted in simplicity, integrity, and a belief in the healing qualities of nature.

From that first formulation, Bramley has grown into a nationally recognised name without losing the intimacy of its beginnings. Bramley’s ingredient sourcing taps into the local community – over half of the company’s suppliers are within 50 miles of its headquarters, and nearly half are within a 30-mile radius, strengthening local community ties.

Bramley is not just about products – it’s about presence. About noticing what we put on our skin, how we impact the world around us, and how everyday rituals can bring us closer to ourselves and the natural world.

Business

As a Certified B Corporation, Bramley meets the highest standards of transparency and responsibility.

Rooted in the natural beauty of rural Wiltshire, Bramley’s products are inspired by the countryside that surrounded the family inn where the first formulations were developed. Today, the brand continues to honour its heritage with thoughtfully crafted, botanically rich products that bring a touch of the countryside to homes everywhere.

Animals

At its core, Bramley is a cruelty-free and vegan brand. It is registered with The Vegan Society, ensuring no animal testing or animal-derived ingredients are used at any point during formulation or production.
