Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in perfect condition and returned with all original packaging. Please ensure shoes are tried on only indoors on a clean surface, as any signs of wear or creasing will make the item ineligible for a refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds are issued once the item has been inspected and approved.
